2026 24th Annual Bluebonnet Casita Rally Recap 

The 24th Annual Bluebonnet Casita Rally at Old River Road RV Resort was truly a blessing from start to finish! We welcomed 131 rigs plus 2 cabins, for a total of 224 attendees and what an incredible time of fellowship, fun, and community it was. 

Rally Highlights

Wednesday

We kicked things off with a warm social hour, dessert night, music, and welcoming announcements — the perfect way to begin our time together. 

Thursday

The day started with donuts, coffee, and a morning devotional, followed by: • Sandee’s Simply Homemade meals cooking demo • “Let’s Play Music Together” with Danny Bingham • Water aerobics with Sandra.

 And in true rally fashion… some of y’all twisted Tooky’s arm and we had an impromptu Solo Traveler Q&A (she’s officially passed the torch, and next year Sam Wellman will be presenting this session!) • Hotdog supper provided by Casita Works • A fun-filled Bingo night.

Friday

Another beautiful morning with coffee, donuts (sponsored by SkyMed – Madison Fowler), and devotional, followed by: • Q&A with Doug Krebs • Waterless Wash & Wax demo with Frank Knight • Kleen Tank presentation • The always-fun Egg Parade • An impromptu paint party (definitely becoming a scheduled event next year!) We wrapped up the day with a pulled pork supper and our silent auction. 

Saturday

We closed out the rally with: • Donuts and coffee (sponsored by Retro Reno’s) • Morning devotional • SkyMed presentation with Madison Fowler • Retro Reno’s demo & Q&A • Bluebonnet Swap n’ Shop • Water aerobics. The evening ended with a potluck supper, giveaways, and closing announcements.
