Rally Registration Y'all

Hope everyone is doing well. Tom and myself are preparing for the Bluebonnet Casita Rally 2024.

Please read in full before selecting the registration link. 


The 2024 Bluebonnet Casita Rally will be held April 17-20th  at the Skyline Ranch RV Park, Bandera, Tx.  The RV Park has blocked enough sites based on our registration request.

Please take your time going through the registration process. It is imperative that all questions be completed.  Note: It is extremely important for you to provide the correct sizes of your tow vehicle from your front bumper to the tail of your Rig in feet, including any additional rear baskets, bike racks, or extensions that will remain attached during the Rally. Skyline will be selecting a site for you according to the size you provide. If you have any changes to your tow vehicle or rig size please contact us as soon as possible. 

Skyline has limited disability sites available. If you require a disability site, there is an area within the registration form to indicate such. You must have a current disability placard. They will do their best to accommodate your request.

Our Skyline RV site rate this year is $34 a day (This special rate will be honored should you want to arrive early.) Due to the full eclipse this year the earliest arrival start date will be on Sunday April 14th with the latest departure date on Sunday 21st. There is another rally scheduled just after ours. 

When you arrive at Skyline Ranch stop at the Bluebonnet Parking greeters, check in with Skyline, and pay for your stay.  Then you will be escorted to your site.  It’s always good practice to have 50 to 30 amp dog bone, water, and cable splitters with you when attending our rally. Please notify us if you have an arrival or departure date change. Unfortunately, we must announce this year Skyline has restricted us to only our registered Bluebonnet RV Rally attendees. We will not be allowed to have any visitors or off-site attendees. 

We, your hosts, kindly ask everyone to follow the RV park rules. You will be asked to acknowledge that you have read, understood, and will follow them. They are included as a portion of your registration. Anytime someone attending our rally violates the RV Park rules and guidelines your host will immediately be contracted to correct the infraction. 

Rally Information:  We are planning seminars, interest sessions, potluck meals, bingo, door prizes, free time to take in area attractions and restaurants, and of course an egg parade to show off our rigs. This year we will have group team events. Every team will be asked to help host for one day. Your group leads will ask you to volunteer for hospitality, sports participation, trivia, or general helpers.  There will be Theme days again this year.  The rally agenda will be sent by email on March 28th.

Anyone who would like to bring a door prize please do so again this year. Door prize drawings will be conducted every day depending upon the number of door prizes available. It can be anything from something handmade to store-bought, an RV item, or something that represents your state. We sincerely appreciate your gifts to the rally. 

We have two options for payment this year. Check, or PayPal. Rally attendee fees are $15 per person if paid by Check OR $16 per person if paid by PayPal. We will send you an invoice a few days after you register. Please pay promptly. March 15th is the cutoff date to cancel the rally with a full refund. March 31st is the final date for a meal ticket refund. Meal Tickets this year are non-transferable. Any refunds issued will be via the original way you submitted your payment.

Mobile RV Washing:  There is only one approved mobile RV wash company that will come to your site and wash at $5.00 per foot OR wash, wax, and dry at $10.00 per foot during the Rally.  Call early to reserve your time and date to Automotive Detailing at 210-619-9902. Let them know you are part of this Rally. 

Our registration is limited to the first one hundred entries. After that, we have a reserved waitlist.  We ask you not to get discouraged if you are on the waitlist. We always have campers that cancel. This allows us to invite the next person on the list to move up. Last year we had 25 on the list. Everyone that was on the waitlist received an invite to attend. 

Once we receive your registration with your selections, your request will be sent to our finance lead. The finance team will reply with an actual invoice for registration fees according to the items you requested.  Once your invoice has been paid, you will receive a  registration confirmation and your RV site will be reserved for you. You DO NOT need to contact Skyline Ranch RV Park to make reservations.
